Peter's Eye Update
Just a quick update to say that Peter's eye procedure went well. Dr. Zwaan said he believed that the tear duct would function like it should but we really won't be able to tell fully for a week or two. Peter woke up quickly after surgery and drank some glucose water and then a full bottle right away. He slept on the way home an then another 2 1/2 hours after we got home. He has been a little grumpy but his eye looks pretty good besides a little swelling. Thanks to those who were praying for him (and me :) ) We made it through! Pete is staying home with him tonight so I don't have to miss discipleship class again!

Hey Abby! I am so glad the surgery went well. Did Peter have the lactal eye thing? Sophia has it in both eyes. Did you guys try anything to help open it up? We are up for any suggestions. Yay for Miami!
Yes Abs, they told us the same thing and we have the drops too. I sure am hoping hers will clear up and not require surgery. Hope you have a fantastic weekend. I think we should definitely get together sometime soon.
